After graduating in chemistry in France (now Ecole Centrale Marseille), Dr Ragot obtained a PhD in England from the University of York in 2000. He then took on a post-doc position in Germany at the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research in organic synthesis. In 2002 Dr. Ragot started as Head of Laboratory by Bayer HealthCare in Pharma Research, and he moved to Bayer MaterialScience in 2005 in the Health Safety & Environment (HSE) group. He is currently responsible for the Global Product Stewardship for Nanomaterials.
